Q: What is this employee sign in app called and how do my employees get it?

This employee sign in app is called SwipedOn Pocket . Your employees will need to download the app onto their smartphone from either the Google Play Store for Android smartphones or App Store for iPhone users.

How to activate your SwipedOn account

Create your account

Register for a SwipedOn account here. Please register your 'Company name' as: DHL + [Account #] + [Location Name]
Go to your main account page

Login to your admin web dashboard and navigate to your account page, found in the left-hand menu.
Select currency and plan

Choose USD, then select 'Get Started' under the Enterprise plan box. Ensure you have: Enterprise plan selected; 'Number of locations required' set to 1 (or more if you require more locations); Annual selected for 'Payment Frequency'
Select AddOns

If your location requires any AddOns, such as SMS notifications, you can add them now.
Apply special DHL coupon code for 40% off

When checking out, enter coupon code: DHL40DISCOUNT in the 'Promo code' box. Then click, Apply. Please note: This code is valid for the Enterprise plan only.

You can either add employees in bulk via a .csv file upload or using our Active Directory sync if you have an Enterprise plan and operate an on-premise Microsoft Active Directory instance.

Employees can tap on the Employees button in the top right corner of the iPad app. From this view they can find their name and profile photo and swipe the toggle next to their name to indicate that they have signed in. Simply swipe the other way to sign out again.

You can easily customize the visitor fields to suit the needs of your business. The first two visitor fields are compulsory and must be labelled. You can then choose to capture additional information from your visitors by adding further custom fields. Once added, you can reorder the additional fields by dragging and dropping them into place. However, the first two fields cannot be re-ordered or deleted.
