The New and Improved SwipedOn Web Dashboard

We’ve been working hard on a new and improved SwipedOn Web Dashboard experience and it's available now 🚀

Not only does it look better, it works better too.  Load large amounts of data faster, more user-friendly filters,  see employee sign in duration, and much more👇

Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication tool that adds another layer of security when signing in to the SwipedOn web dashboard. When MFA is enabled, to access the web dashboard you will need to enter your email and password as usual, and then enter the code from your chosen authentication app. 

Better Location Selection

Multiple locations? No problem. The location selector is now prominently featured front and centre on every page. You can easily switch between your locations by using the drop-down menu.

Employee Departments

Add an employee’s department to their profile to help you easily group employees when required. 

Profiles Settings & Dark Mode 🌙

For those night owls who like things on the dark side, you can now use SwipedOn in dark mode. We've also moved all your profile-related settings to the same place so you can now manage anything related to your profile like passwords,  profile details, and changing from light to dark mode. You can get there by hitting the drop-down arrow next to your avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Soon you'll also be able to set your language preference from here too.

Visitor Categories

This page is now much cleaner and it's easier to manage multiple visitor categories and fields.

 Location, Location, Location

Easily manage your locations, location groups, their devices, QR codes, and AddOns all from the same spot.

A Home for Settings 🏡 

All the Settings menus are now found at the top of the page to easily find what you’re looking for. Once you’re within the settings area, you have easy access to all location and organization-wide settings on the left-hand side of the screen.
