How to reassign a Delivery

Want to assign a different recipient to a delivery? No problem!

How to reassign a General Delivery

  • To reassign the recipient for a General Delivery, navigate to the Deliveries tab within the SwipedOn web dashboard and find the delivery you wish to reassign from the list.

  • Click on the recipient button to the right of the delivery, as shown below, and this will then provide the admin with the ability to select a new recipient and optionally input a message that will send to the new recipient.

  • Once completed, click 'Add recipient' to make this change. The General Delivery will now show one less delivery here with the newly assigned recipient shown in the line below.


How to reassign the current delivery recipient

  • To reassign a recipient, navigate to the Deliveries tab within the SwipedOn web dashboard and find the delivery you wish to reassign from the list.

    Click on the edit button to the right of the delivery recipient, as shown below, and click on the 'change' wording. This will then provide the admin with the ability to select a new recipient and optionally input a message that will send to the new recipient.

  • Once completed, click 'save' to make this change. The recipient will now show with the newly assigned recipient against this delivery.


How to send a reminder notification

  • Notification of delivery can be triggered again by the admin from within this 'Deliveries' view of the SwipedOn web dashboard.

  • Simply click on the bell icon to trigger another notification, once clicked, a green banner will show at the top of the screen, indicating this was successful.
