How to share an induction with visitors ahead of time

If you would like your visitors to complete an induction before arriving on-site, you can share it with them via preregistration.

Navigate to the 'Visitors' > 'Preregistration' view of your SwipedOn web dashboard and select ‘Add Visitor’.

Populate the form with your visitor’s details and select ‘Send email invite’. If the selected visitor category has an induction assigned to it, you will see an option to include a visitor induction link in the invite.

When you click 'Preregister visit' the visitor will receive an email with the link to complete the induction.
