How to enable and use the visitor photo feature.

When 'Take visitor photos during sign in' has been enabled, visitors will be required to take a photo as part of the sign in process.

How to enable 'Take visitor photos during sign in'

Navigate to the 'Settings' > 'Visitor Settings' > 'Advanced Settings' view of the SwipedOn web dashboard and enable the 'Take photos of the vistor during sign in' checkbox. 

Once enabled, the visitor will need to take a photo when signing in on the iPad or Android tablet. This will display as shown below. 

Company Admins and Location Managers can view visitor photos within the 'Visitor Timeline' view of the SwipedOn web dashboard.

Visitors signing in using the contactless QR code will have the option to allow camera permissions. Please note that visitors can deny camera permissions and continue through the sign-in process when using this method.
