Our new Inductions AddOn puts you in control. Upon completion, records are securely stored for future reference. Visitors who have already completed their induction will skip this part of the sign in flow, and anyone who hasn’t will be required to do so before entering your premises.

How Inductions works

Create an induction

Admin creates a new induction flow, consisting of a video, document, or image, a series of questions, and a validity period.

Assign to a visitor category

The induction is assigned to the desired visitor category.

Induction completed

Visitors receive an invitation to complete the induction prior to arriving. Their induction status is recorded against their profile.

Seamless sign in

Once the induction is completed, visitors can sign in quickly and will only need to redo it once it expires.

Inductions are an AddOn, meaning they can be purchased on top of any SwipedOn subscription. The AddOn cost is per location.

Yes, on the SwipedOn Enterprise plan, you can create multiple induction flows and assign each to a different visitor category.

When you preregister a visitor you can include a link in the email invite and instruct them to complete this before they arrive.

We currently support PDF, jpeg, png and MP4.

If these visitors are preregistered or saved as remembered visitors (this requires the “returning visitors” setting to be enabled), the induction status will be saved along with their visitor details and they will only need to complete it when the validity period expires.
