A subscription is for 1 year. You'll receive advance notice 90 days before your renewal date and again at 75 days before your renewal is process automatically.

Our workplace sign in system can be used with or without hardware. Our app is available for both iPads and Android tablets, or you can use printed QR codes - perfect for locations where digital devices are impractical or if you have a large number of entry points. 

Most commonly, a site refers to a physical workplace. 

Absolutely. You can connect as many devices as you like to a site as well as unlimited printed QR codes. If buildings are located on different postcodes or zip codes, each site would require a site subscription.
