Meet Devon, our Adelaide based customer success manager ⭐️ When she's not sampling the finest Australian wines or hanging out with her super cute sidekick Mabel, she's busy making sure all our SwipedOn customers are set up for success and getting the most out of the system. What does a day in the life of you at SwipedOn look like?

Coffee first, everything else second (spoken like a true SwipedOnian.) Clearing emails, replying to customers, onboarding and training! Spend a bit of time with customers on the phone or via Zoom learning about their business and how they can best use SwipedOn! And anything else that pops up along the day!

What do you like about working at SwipedOn?

I love the people, everyone is so friendly and easy to get on with 🧡 Even though I work remotely from the Head Office, I still feel so involved in everything. Also our product, it's forever expanding and changing with our customers' needs, it's pretty incredible 📲

What do you particularly like about what we’re doing with SwipedOn?

I love chatting to customers from all different walks of life, different companies, and all with different goals they are trying to achieve!

What three words would you use to describe your role?

What did you do in your previous working life?

I am from a Sales/Recruitment background and have worked for SaaS/Startup companies in the past 👾

What do you do in your free time?

Hang out with my dog, Mabel 🐶 Check out wineries with my partner (we have just moved to Adelaide so the options are endless🍷) and I love watching sport - mainly for the beer 🍻🏈

What are three things still left on your bucket list?

Travel more - Turkey, more of South America and Egypt are top of my list 🛫

What’s on your SwipedOn playlist?

I don't listen to much music at work (as I'm usually busy chatting to our lovely customers 💬) but when I do, I like a bit of everything - indie/rock/old school/pop (Not going to lie, I do love a bit of Justin Bieber).

If you were stuck on a desert island and you could choose one person from the SwipedOn team to come with you, who would you take and why?

Hmmm tough call, I would take Ashlyn - and a few bottles of wine, as we would have lots to gossip about 😂
