In case you missed it: SwipedOn can now help you manage and book your workplace resources. As a result, our employee app SwipedOn Pocket has received a major upgrade, making it even easier to sign in and out, find and book resources, and manage notification settings.
In this blog, we will look at the main updates in the latest SwipedOn Pocket release.
Start your day stress-free
The home screen is now a one-stop shop for your daily activities. From here you can sign in and out, sign in as working remotely, and roam to other office locations.
If you also use SwipedOn to manage your workplace resources, you'll be able to quickly find and book things like car parks, desks, vehicles and more - straight from the app.
Choose the day you want to book and follow the steps to find and reserve your desired resource.
You can also edit and cancel your bookings from the Pocket app. Once your booking has started, you’ll be able to check in, and the resource will be shown to others as “in use”.
Find and book what you need
Easily navigate your building with interactive maps to find and book what you need. You'll be able to see photos, features, capacity, and restrictions all from the Pocket app, making it easier than ever to ensure you are choosing the right resource.
Make forgetting to sign in a thing of the past
With our new automatic sign in feature, once employees reach your geofence perimeter they are automatically signed in and out for the day.
If you have screening questions set up, they will get a prompt to complete these before they can sign in successfully.
